Unfortunately my book published by North Light Books is no longer available through this website. North Light Books sold out of them a year ago. The publisher came out with "Painting the Elements," to which I am a major contributor. Over half the material in there is from my book. It is available on Amazon.com.

I have talked with North Light Books' publisher who is going to contact the editorial director about adding my book to their list of digital editions. When this will happen, I have no idea. But hopefully at some point in time you will be able to have it as an e-book.

My book illustrates my procedure from painting a field sketch through compositional revisions to arriving at a successful composition for a "fabulous" landscape painting. It takes the guesswork out of where and how to place the elements and how to simplify the landscape.
