My big news is that North Light Books has decided to reprint my book 14 Formulas for Painting Fabulous Landscapes in paperback and it will be available in the fall.
American Painting Fine Art is hosting an exhibit "Remembering Ross Merrill" of paintings from a memorial paintout last May by the Washington Society of Landscape Painters. Numerous painting by Ross will also be exhibited. Not only do the members of the WSLP miss Ross who was a vibrant and contributing member but also he was the Chief of Conservation at the National Gallery of Art.
I had a painting accepted into the National Biennial Competition sponsored by the National League of American Pen Women. I will be exhibiting again at the "Art at the Mill" in Millwood VA in May where I will be doing a plein air demonstration on the premises on May 5.
